Having a good health , means not to eat oily food
Ask for less oil , ask for more vegetables
eating food with lots of sugar are bad for health

why don't you chose to eat more vegetables and fruits
instead of eating those food
eating more fruit make you slimmer , make you healthier
eating more vegetable help to clear oil away
all fruit and vegetable
are very very healthy
don't forget that you need to exercise 3 times a week
in order to keep fit
